To bring this vision to life, we blend Japanese food culture, technique, and creativity with local cuisines—establishing Aburi Sushi as the hallmark of our brand. Our mission is not only to energize Japanese-food scenes worldwide; we also aim to redefine the restaurant industry’s future—from supply chains to work styles—by harnessing cutting-edge technology.
"“SushiTunes” opens a third realm of sushi—where value and price work in synergy rather than in trade-off, woven from a hybrid of cutting-edge technology and human craftsmanship.
